Responsibilities :
  • Drive lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships.

Lead Generation & Prospecting :

  • Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies through various digital channels (e., Cold Calls, LinkedIn, email marketing, content marketing).
  • Identify and qualify potential B2B clients based on specific criteria.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

Digital Sales & Negotiation :

  • Utilize digital sales techniques and tools to engage with prospects and convert them into paying customers.
  • Conduct effective online meetings and presentations to showcase our products or services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.

Customer Relationship Management :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Foster long-term partnerships with clients to drive repeat business and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on lead generation and digital sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
